The way I see it, our emotional and physical balance is a soul, energy, mind and body situation –

There was a time when I reached a point of such emotional and physical entanglement, all I wanted to do was to sever the link so one couldn’t feel the other. I reached out to some personal trainers and “fitness coaches” but no one understood what I was talking about, much less how to help.

After getting my certifications, I found it very interesting that none of the trainers or coaches I talked to told me that severing the link between the emotional and the physical was the last thing I should ever want or try to do. Untangling the entanglement is how I like to describe what I help women do, learning to differentiate between what each, the emotional and physical, requires.

My intention is to help women achieve and maintain emotional and physical balance with a soul, energy, mind and body approach. 

All together I have my Health + Fitness CoachTransformation Specialist: Behavioral Change + Positive Psychology, Nutritionist: Intuitive Eating Specialist and Master Trainer: Strength + Conditioning, Glutes, Kickboxing, Running, Tactical Conditioning, Corrective Exercise and Exercise Therapy certifications with additional CEUS in HIIT, HIIT: Boxing and Upper/Lower Body Superset Training for Boxing.

COACHING

Sometimes, a little guidance is all we’re missing –

HEALTH
Our environment, habit, past experiences, societal conditioning can be some of the biggest obstacles we face in making changes, with Health Coaching, we address the fundamentals of behavioral change along with the influence social experiences and interactions have on our health. I’m also a certified Transformation Specialist, so you’ll get the benefit of both.

If you require something beyond Health Coaching, I’ve partnered with KORB Heath out of Austin to help with medical and medicinal guidance 

FITNESS
With Fitness Coaching, I combine Transformation: Behavioral Change + Positive Psychology, Nutrition: Intuitive Eating and Personal Training.

Health + Fitness Coaching is available as a monthly “subscription”.

TRAINING

Each of the following includes the basic components of emotional + physical balance (nutrition and hydration, stress management, emotional regulation, sleep and healthy habits):

  • GENERAL HEALTH + FITNESS
    Foundational strength and balance, overall mobility, increasing physical activity.
  • FAT LOSS + STRENGTH
    Achieve and maintain fat loss while building then increasing strength.
  • MUSCULAR HYPERTROPHY
    A specific focus on building muscle: mass + strength.
  • PERFORMANCE
    Build coordination and strength specific to a task, sport or physical event.
  • BALANCE
    A dedicated focus on core strength and balance for stronger, safer and more confident movement.

PRICING

I offer Health + Fitness Coaching as a “monthly subscription”, price calculated depending on your requirements.
